We are looking for a highly driven, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our winning team. We are a rapidly growing insurance agency in Raleigh, NC focusing on providing the highest level of service and care to our clients. We need someone with a passion for success to help maintain those relationships while also creating new opportunities. We offer a competitive salary and bonus compensation structure.
Insurance Agent Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling all types of insurance solutions.
- Establishing productive working relationships with clients, prospects, and our team.
- Developing and maintaining a base for long-term sources of clients and prospects.
- Scheduling fact-finding appointments to determine clients and prospects’ particular needs and the extent of their present coverage and investments.
- Ascertaining clients’ long-term goals.
- Developing a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
- Continuously following up with all clients and prospects.
Hours of operation:
- We work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm
Insurance Agent Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven prospecting skills.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Motivation for sales.
- Product knowledge.
- Organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. (Associate degree preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Current Insurance State License.
- 1 to 3 years of insurance selling experience.
