Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a highly driven, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to provide clerical and member service support. Diverse duties include general clerical duties, taking phone calls, checking emails, directing customers and clients to the appropriate team member, processing insurance and membership payments, updating electronic member information, maintaining filing systems and providing legendary customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome incoming customers and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls to help customers solve problems quickly and direct their inquiries to the right person.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as organizing paperwork and distributing office mail, to ensure our office runs efficiently.
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests in-person, over the phone and/or in writing. May provide files, documents, photos, reports, etc. as required.
  • Input current customer information into the database regularly so it is readily available.
  • Adapt to the team’s needs, assist with other projects as needed, and perform other duties assigned or required.
  • May prepare standard departmental reports, forms, etc.
  • May use several computer programs to store and organize data.
  • May process credits and payments as appropriate.
  • Reconcile checks, cash, and paperwork, as necessary. Track and report payments, bills and credits as required.
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred.
  • Two years of prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Software products required.
  • Experience completing data entry assignments.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
